Ben Manning Smith. – Support with Travelling by bus
One of our older students Ben has offered to support any younger or new students on the bus. He travels each day from the Bus Xchange out to school and back again. Ben is a sensible, reliable and mature student from our community. He has attended leadership courses and is keen to support where he can. Here are the details:
Ben will be at the Bus Xchange from 7.50am for students to meet him.
He will have a sign saying “Ao Tawhiti” if you don’t know who he is.
He will be near platform C between Doors 9 & 10. (This is near the information desk or where the Discovery bus comes in)
The bus he will be catching is the P (Purple Line) at 8.07.
He will show the students the way from Maidstone Road to the campus.
For the journey back to the exchange, he will meet anyone outside the office at 3pm and he will show the reverse journey. ETA at the exchange is 3.40ish. He will continue on his journey home on the yellow bus so if anyone needs help with changing buses or getting off the yellow bus please let him know.
