Year 1-4 Community Update week 7

Week 7 – Can you believe it?!

A busy week ahead – PINs Wednesday – Friday afternoons. Hopefully you have all received confirmation of which PINs option(s) your child is is. If not, it should arrive by tomorrow. If you have not signed your child up please see Niki tomorrow.

We have our last Matariki on this campus on Friday.  Thanks to Emma and her team it is shaping up to be an amazing evening. If you’ve never been to one of our Matariki celebrations make it a priority – you won’t regret it.

A big thank you to Libby and Gina for HB Hawk’s camp in Hanmer. I have heard lots of good reports from children and adults. Unfortunately a nasty cold has seemed to have come back from camp. Thank you to all the families who have kept their children home to avoid it spreading even further.

Please ensure your child has plenty of warm clothes as this season is set to be a cold one. A change of clothes is also a good idea, even for older children as they still enjoy exploring the sandpit and experience slips on the field. HB Tuatara plan to get out once a week on a Nature Adventure so having good waterproof shoes and even pants is a good idea.

Here’s a few dates to mark in your calendar:
