Kia ora ē te whānau,
Some of you may have heard about or may have visited the fungi garden in the RedZone. It’s a fab community collaboration bringing together all of the goodies -art, nature, play, and education.
This Saturday we’re having a community hui, gathering local fungi enthusiasts and folk who want to get involved! It’s a great opportunity to come and learn more about the project to hear and share ideas for upcoming plans . We hope that the space can be used for a variety of educational workshops – mushroom inoculations, art & crafts, storytelling and foraging are some examples of what we have planned already.
Come along, 11am Saturday 14th August @ Richmond Community Garden (access on River Road and Eveleyn Couzins Ave). Everybody welcome!
