The Ao Tawhiti Formal is fast approaching and we are looking forward to hosting 86 students and guests on Friday night! Just some notes for the leadup…
Students can arrive from 6.30-7.30pm to check in and leave from after 10.30pm. If your child needs to leave outside these times then please get in touch with Anita at director@aotawhiti.school.nz.
We ask that parents do not come inside the event venue at any time due to Covid alert level restrictions on numbers.
Any drop offs or pick ups of students should be done on the surrounding streets for students to walk onto the site. These streets include Titoki Street, Rimu Street, Ngahere Street (Totara Street end), Rata Street, and Kahu Road. Students should be mindful of speeding and traffic while on these streets and should act as if they are out on a trust licence trip.
Please ensure your child has paid for the tickets before the event. Any attendees will have the tickets placed on their school account to pay if they have not already.
