We are delighted to be able to to offer supervision for students in Y1-6 during the conference talks. Children do not have to be students at Ao Tawhiti. Older students are welcome to attend any of the talks that may interest them, or wait quietly in a designated space. At this time we are unable to cater for preschoolers.
Our level 3 Community Floor Assistant, Courtney Allison, is in charge of supervising students on level 4. She is known to many of the students, and will do a wonderful job!
While it is useful for delegates to register their interest in coming along to the conference via the eventfinda website for organisational purposes, it is vital that this form for supervision is completed so we can ensure safe ratios. If your child/ren require supervision but you have not completed the Supervision form, it is likely that we will be unable to cater for them.
