NZEI notified their members that Area Schools will be on strike on Tuesday, 9 May. This means that all union staff from Years 1- 13 will be on strike on Tuesday. We won’t be open for instruction that day for any students. We are able to offer limited supervision for students in Years 1 – 6. However, be advised due to the low number of staff onsite; this will only be supervision. We can’t provide a teaching program.
