The government announced the end of the traffic light guidelines at midnight last night. The advice from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health is that masks are no longer recommended in schools. Therefore we are no longer recommending that masks be worn at our school. We will continue to support people who want to wear a mask and there will be masks available at reception.

The government has also stated that household contacts no longer need to isolate, instead they need to RAT test daily for five days. People who test positive with Covid do need to isolate for seven days.

Finally, the government announced a public holiday to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II on Monday September 26th, so school will be closed on that day.
